Victor Neubaum is a graduate of West Chester College, magna cum laude, and the Marshal-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary. He was admitted to both Pennsylvania and Virginia bar in 1978.
Mr. Neubaum has over 40 years of experience practicing before the York County Divorce Masters, County, and Appellate Courts. He is the past President of the York County Bar Association Family Law Section having served two years in that position.
